Strong Foundations in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

We are exceedingly proud of our purpose-built EYFS Classroom and outdoor learning space, which ensures a strong start for all pupils within our Reception class, which fosters a nurturing atmosphere for young learners. Our dedicated EYFS setting features a purpose built spacious outdoor area accessible all year-round. Our skilled staff provide a play-based curriculum tailored to individual children’s needs.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

We believe in the importance of experiences beyond the curriculum. Our enrichment opportunities include school trips, pantomime outings, and various sporting events. Leadership roles are available for our pupils, such as Sports Leaders, Eco Council members and members of the School and Worship Councils. We offer a diverse range of clubs, which are open to all pupils, celebrating individual talents in line with our school ethos and vision.

Additional Support and Resources

Our school features fully trained support staff and smaller class sizes to enhance learning. We are pleased to provide before- and after-school care to support the differing needs of all of our families. 

Our active community involvement is exemplified by our Friends of the School group, which organises engaging events and works hard in raising additional funds for the school, which is used to provide additional experiences and resources for our pupils.
